518 Cards & Collectibles – Terms & Conditions

By attending or participating as a vendor at any 518 Cards & Collectibles event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Liability

518 Cards & Collectibles, its organizers, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging to attendees or vendors.

All attendees and vendors participate at their own risk.

Any damage caused to venue property or equipment by an attendee or vendor will be the sole responsibility of the individual(s) involved. Costs for repair or replacement will be billed accordingly.

Vendor Policy

Vendor table fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is requested at least 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.

Vendors must follow all event rules provided before and during the show, including setup instructions, conduct expectations, and compliance with local laws.

518 Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for sales disputes, authenticity claims, or pricing issues between vendors and customers. Each vendor is responsible for their own products and transactions.

Sales Tax Compliance

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required New York State sales tax certificates and for reporting their own sales in accordance with state law. 518 Cards & Collectibles does not provide tax guidance and assumes no responsibility for vendor tax compliance.

Attendee Policy

Attendees must respect vendors, staff, and fellow guests at all times.

General admission is non-refundable.

Any attendee, vendor, or guest engaging in disruptive behavior, harassment, theft, unsafe conduct, property damage, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by event management may be removed from the event without refund and may face legal action.

Photography & Media

By attending, all guests and vendors acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken at the event.

518 Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to use event media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without further notice or compensation.

Children & Minors

Children and minors are welcome at the event. If attending without a parent or guardian present, they are still expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

Parents or guardians will be held responsible for any damage or misconduct caused by their child, even if not present.

Animals & Pets

Pets are not permitted at 518 Cards & Collectibles events. Only service animals are permitted.

All service animals must remain under the handler's control at all times.

Any animal that is disruptive, aggressive, uncontrolled, creates a safety concern, damages property, or interferes with the enjoyment of the event by attendees, vendors, staff, or guests may be required to leave the event immediately.

Event staff reserve the right to determine whether an animal is appropriate to remain on the premises and may require the animal and its handler to leave at any time.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

Illegal, counterfeit, or explicit materials may not be sold, displayed, or distributed at the event.

Vendors and attendees must refrain from disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.

Right to Refuse Admission & Removal

518 Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee, vendor, guest, or animal from the event at any time and for any reason deemed necessary by event management.

Failure to follow event policies, venue rules, staff instructions, or conduct expectations may result in removal without refund.

Event management's decisions regarding admission, participation, and removal are final.

General

518 Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Attendance or participation in our events constitutes acceptance of these terms.
