Additional Information: Vendor setup is from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. All vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 AM. Once doors open, setup will be closed. Any vendor who does not arrive by 9:30 AM and complete setup will forfeit their table with no refund. Load-in will be through the back entrance of the Hampton Roads Convention Center (HRCC). Additional instructions will be provided prior to the event. Vendors are required to remain set up until 6:00 PM. Early breakdown or leaving before the event ends is not permitted. Vendors who leave early will not be allowed to participate in future events. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a smooth and professional experience for all attendees and vendors.
