I understand that participating as a dealer/vendor at the Bleecker Card Show carries inherent

risks, including:

Loss, theft, or damage to merchandise, cash, or equipment

Injury during setup, breakdown, or operation

Interaction risks with customers and other dealers

Slips, trips, falls, or other accidents whether by me, a customer of mine or any

third party

Property damage caused by me, my customers, crowds or other third parties

Exposure to illness or other health hazards

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to sell or exhibit at the event, I, on behalf of myself and all of

my affiliates, hereby unconditionally and forever release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

Bleecker Trading, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all

claims, liabilities, actions, or demands arising from:

Loss, theft, or damage to inventory, personal items, or business property

Personal injury to myself, my staff or my customers.

Financial loss, poor sales performance, or disputes with customers

Any incident occurring before, during, or after the event

This release applies even if caused by the negligence of Bleecker Trading, to the fullest extent

permitted by law.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain safe booth

Secure all valuables

Follow event rules

Abide by laws and tax requirements

As a participating dealer, I agree to:

Bleecker will provide 1 showcase to each dealer. Any additional showcases must

be approved by Bleecker Trading’s Event Manager and provided by the dealer themself.

Maintain the safety and cleanliness of my booth, including the Bleecker provided

showcase. Any damages to Bleecker property will result in restitution.

Ensure all displayed items are authentic and legally obtained

Treat attendees, dealers, and staff with professionalism

Avoid fraudulent sales, deceptive practices, or aggressive conduct

Obey all show rules, venue policies, and staff instructions

Secure my own cash, inventory, and valuables

Take full responsibility for damage I cause to the venue or another dealer

Understand that Bleecker Trading provides no insurance for my property

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bleecker Trading, its officers, directors,

employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, lawsuits,

judgments, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable

attorneys’ fees and expenses arising out of or in connection with: (A) any breach by me of any

representation, warranty, covenant, or agreement contained in this Agreement; (B) any violation

of law, regulation, or third-party rights by me in connection with the performance of this

Agreement; and (C) any act or omission by me or my employees, agents, customers,

subcontractors, or representatives that results in personal injury, property damage, or other harm

to any third party, including Bleecker Trading.

I agree to follow all setup and teardown instructions, including:

Arriving during assigned setup windows

Not blocking aisles, exits, or emergency pathways

Securing displays to avoid tipping, breaking, or causing injury

Not beginning teardown before the event is officially closed

I understand that:

I am responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales taxes

I must comply with all local, state, and federal laws

I am solely liable for any legal issues arising from my business activities
