Additional Information: Vendor Load-In: Load-in begins at 8:00am. Load-in will close at 9:50am. Please make sure you are completely set up before the show opens at 10am. When you arrive for load-in, check in at the front tables labeled "vendor check-in" on the floor plan. You will receive your dealer wristband(s) there. You must have a dealer wristband to enter the show floor before 10am. You will receive 2 dealer badges per table. We will not offer additional dealer badges. If you plan on having more people at your table(s), your additional helpers will need to purchase general admission tickets to enter at 10am. PARKING: We have secured access to the private parking area in the Live Casino Garage (Darien St. entrance) on Level 2 (same level as the event space). When you enter the parking garage and go up the ramp, you should see the entrance on your right. The gate should be open for you. If it is not open yet when you arrive, ring the buzzer at the entrance and tell the attendant you are a vendor for the card show. Once you get through the gate, travel down to the HOTEL side to easily access the event space. You can park on any level, but we highly suggest taking advantage of the new ability to park on Level 2. This avoids the need to use the elevators during load-in and load-out and should eliminate any logjam, especially during load-out. If you decide to park on level 3 or level 4, follow the signs for the hotel side and take the elevator down to level 2.
