Card Yard Vendor Terms of Service

By purchasing a vendor table for any Card Yard event, you (“Vendor”) agree to the following terms:

1. Vendor Commitment & Booking Policy

All vendor registrations are final upon payment. By securing a table, you are committing to attend and operate for the full duration of the event date(s).

Vendor spaces are limited and reserved in advance. Once confirmed, your space is removed from availability and allocated specifically to you.

2. No Refunds / No Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

Personal scheduling conflicts
Travel issues
Change of plans
Business-related conflicts

This policy reflects the upfront costs and commitments required to organize and market the event.

3. Emergency Transfer Policy

In the case of a serious and verifiable emergency, vendors may request to transfer their booking to a future Card Yard event.

Requests must be submitted in advance of the event date
Approval is at the sole discretion of Card Yard
Transfers are not guaranteed
Only one transfer per booking may be permitted

Card Yard will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but assumes no obligation to do so.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event without prior approved notice will result in:

Forfeiture of your table
No refund or credit
Potential restriction from future Card Yard events

5. Event Duration & Early Breakdown

Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entire duration of the event.

Early teardown or departure without approval may result in:
- Loss of priority for future events
- Restrictions on future participation

Maintaining a full and active show floor is critical to attendee experience.

6. Table & Setup

Each vendor is provided with a 6ft table and chair(s)
Vendors are responsible for their own displays, inventory, and setup materials
Vendors must operate within their assigned space

7. Permitted Items

Only approved categories may be sold, including:

Trading cards (TCG, sports)
Comics
Collectibles and related items

Strictly prohibited:

Counterfeit or fake items
Illegal goods
Offensive or inappropriate material

Card Yard reserves the right to remove any vendor or item at its discretion.

8. Conduct

Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner toward:

Attendees
Other vendors
Staff

Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Liability & Risk

Card Yard is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged inventory
Personal belongings
Transactions between vendors and attendees

Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance if needed.

10. Event Changes / Force Majeure

Card Yard reserves the right to:

Modify event layout, vendor placement, or logistics
Reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances

In the event of rescheduling, vendor bookings will be honored for the new date. No refunds will be issued.

11. Agreement

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have:

Read and understood these Terms of Service
Agreed to all conditions outlined above
Accepted full responsibility for your participation
