Card Yard Collectibles Event – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a table, attending, or participating in any Card Yard event, all vendors, attendees, and participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Admission & Participation

Card Yard reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund. All attendees and vendors must comply with event staff instructions at all times.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for their inventory, displays, pricing, transactions, and personal property. Card Yard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items before, during, or after the event.

Vendors must comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws, including tax obligations and licensing requirements.

3. Buying, Selling & Trading

All buying, selling, and trading transactions are conducted strictly between buyers and sellers. Card Yard does not authenticate, guarantee, verify, or mediate any transaction, item condition, value, or legitimacy.

Card Yard is not liable for disputes, chargebacks, counterfeit items, or disagreements between parties.

4. Liability Waiver

By attending or participating, all individuals assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage. Card Yard, its organizers, staff, partners, and venue affiliates shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss arising from participation in the event.

5. Vendor Raffle Terms

Vendor raffle entries are earned at a rate of one (1) entry per table purchased. Winners are drawn mid-event and must be present to claim prizes unless otherwise stated.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative unless explicitly stated. Card Yard reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if circumstances require.

6. Refunds & Event Changes

Card Yard reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, vendors will be notified and offered either a refund or transfer to a future event, at Card Yard’s discretion.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or voluntary cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Conduct & Prohibited Items

Harassment, discrimination, threats, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Illegal items, counterfeit goods, or prohibited materials are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Photography & Media

By attending the event, participants grant Card Yard permission to photograph, record, and use images or video footage for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Attendance, table purchase, or participation in any Card Yard event constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Card Yard reserves the right to update or modify these regulations at any time.
