CARDFESTA VENDOR GUIDELINES

Setup Info:

The venue is open to us at 12:00 PM
Please give yourself enough time to be fully set up by our 3:00 PM opening.
We’ll aim to clear the floor between 2:30 PM - 2:55 PM so it is ready for doors open
Water bottles will be provided to vendors upon check in!

Rules & Disclaimer

Please be attentive towards any potential shoplifters. CardFesta is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or liability whatsoever related to vendor property or activity

Please be mindful of other vendors and their tables, we want everyone to have a comfortable vending experience so please look out for your neighbours!
Vendors arriving more than 30 minutes late from scheduled show time, may incur a $50 late fee or forfeit their table
Please keep your space clean during and after the event! Remove any trash or items within your vendor area to leave it in the same condition as it was provided.
Vendors must remain set up until the event officially ends unless pre-approved by the CardFesta team. (Early pack-up disrupts the show flow and is unfair to attendees and other vendors)
No open flames, vaping, or smoking inside the venue.
No consumption or sale of alcohol is permitted within the venue
Organized, advertised, or repeated games of chance involving attendees (including but not limited to plinko, dice games, wheels, or similar activities) are not permitted.a
Vendors may not charge attendees to participate in chance-based activities or wagering of any kind.
Any aggressive behavior towards staff, vendors, or attendees will result in removal from the event and a permanent ban from future shows.
If you need assistance during the show, please contact any team member wearing a CardFesta shirt!
If you notice suspicious behavior or theft, report it immediately to a CardFesta staff member
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
CardFesta reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event at its sole discretion, if deemed necessary for the safety, integrity, or overall success of the show.
