NEW YORK LEGAL PROTECTION CLAUSE (ADD THIS)

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Indemnification

Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CHASE CARD EXPO, its owners, staff, affiliates, and venue from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of participation in the event.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CHASE CARD EXPO be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or sale. Vendor Insurance

Vendor is encouraged to carry general liability insurance covering their participation.

Right to Refuse Service

CHASE CARD EXPO reserves the right to refuse, remove, or reassign vendors at its sole discretion without refund to maintain the quality and integrity of the event.

NO REFUND POLICY

• All vendor payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

• This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vendor cancellation

• Personal emergencies

• Travel issues

• Weather conditions

• Low attendance concerns

Media

Event may photograph and use vendor content for promotion.

Setup & Breakdown

Vendors must follow setup times and remain until event ends.

Conduct

No illegal or counterfeit items. Organizer may remove vendors without refund.

Force Majeure

Event may be rescheduled due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Payment & Reservation

Vendor space is not secured until full payment is received. First come, first serve

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for their inventory. Organizer is not liable for loss or damage.

By purchasing a vendor space, you acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy.
