RULES & INFO:

Vendors will be provided tables (either 6' or 8' depending on reservation). Vendors are responsible for their own: Table cloths, display cases & shelves and product to sell

Perimeter tables have 5’ of reserve space behind the table.
6Ft Island tables will be sharing reserve space with corresponding tables
Edge tables on island ends have less reserve space behind them, please share space accordingly.

All sales of tables are final - No refunds/Rainchecks

Maximum of 2 Vendors per table, unless agreement is made beforehand.
By attending or participating any Collectors Clash's events, all vendors, guests, and participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in the event. Collectors Clash, its organizers, staff, affiliates, sponsors, venue owners, and representatives shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, illness, loss, misplacement, theft, damage, accident, death, or any other harm to persons or property arising from or related to participation in or attendance at the event, regardless of cause.
Collectors Clash reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry to, remove, or prohibit the participation of any attendee, vendor, exhibitor, or participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or otherwise detrimental to the event, its staff, vendors, or guests. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in illegal activities, violating event policies, or behaving in a manner that compromises the safety, integrity, or reputation of the event.
Any individual removed from or denied participation in the event for these reasons will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or any form of compensation.
Vendors are welcome to begin setting up at 9:00am. Attendees will be granted entry at 10:30am
The show ends at 7:00pm, Vendors are to be tidied and packed up by no later than 8:00pm.

Vendors are solely responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their assigned space during and after the event. Vendor agrees to properly dispose of all trash, materials, and debris, and leave the area in the same condition as it was provided. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee at the discretion of the event organizer. Furthermore, Vendors shall be held financially responsible for any damage to the venue, property, or equipment caused by their actions, negligence, or those of their employees, contractors, or guests.

PAYMENT FOR THIS SHOW ACTS AS A VIRTUAL SIGNITURE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE LISTED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
