Every standard table booking comes ready for setup and includes one (1) tablecloth, two (2) chairs, and two (2) vendor badges. Each additional table includes one (1) extra vendor badge.

Secure your high-value inventory and elevate your table presentation with premium display cases available for rent directly through CollectX. Rented cases will be delivered and set up directly at your designated table prior to vendor check-in. Quantities are strictly limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Display case rentals are 100% non-refundable. Vendors assume full financial responsibility for any physical damage (natural wear & tear excluded) and lost keys during the event.

Additional Information: Welcome future CollectX vendors! Thank you for your interest in joining CollectX — a community-focused cards and collectibles event designed to bring together collectors, players, and enthusiasts in a vibrant marketplace of buying, selling, trading, and connection. This vendor application form is your first step toward securing your space at our latest event. Our goal is to create a diverse and engaging floor where attendees can discover everything from sought-after singles and sealed products to custom art and gaming supplies. To help CollectX create a well-balanced floor plan and ensure a diverse, high-performing vendor distribution for all attendees, please describe your event inventory with as much detail as possible. Please fill out all sections accurately. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, including payment details and a link to our Vendor Rules & Regulations. Applications will be open until June 12, with all vendors notified of application status by June 24.
