Desert Dawg Card Show – Vendor Terms & Conditions

By registering as a vendor for the Desert Dawg Card Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Details

The Desert Dawg Card Show is held every third Saturday of the month in Mesa, Arizona.

Standard show hours are 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, unless otherwise announced.

Vendor setup and breakdown times will be communicated prior to each event and must be strictly followed.

2. Vendor Eligibility & Approved Products

Vendors may sell sports cards, trading cards (TCG), collectibles, memorabilia, and related hobby items.

This includes, but is not limited to: sports cards (football, basketball, baseball, soccer, racing), Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball Z, Magic: The Gathering, Star Wars, and similar collectibles.

All items must be authentic, legally obtained, and accurately represented.

Custom cards and custom-made items are permitted, provided they are clearly and explicitly disclosed as CUSTOM to buyers at the time of sale. Custom items must not be misrepresented as licensed, factory-produced, or officially issued products.

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY: The sale of counterfeit, altered, stolen, or otherwise prohibited items represented as authentic or licensed products is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal without refund and possible exclusion from future events.

3. Table Assignment & Space Usage

Table placement is assigned by Desert Dawg Card Show staff and is final.

Vendors must remain within their assigned space and may not block aisles, exits, or neighboring tables.

Additional tables, racks, banners, or floor displays require prior approval.

Shared tables or sub-leasing of space without approval is prohibited.

4. Fees, Payments & Waitlist Policy

Vendor table fees are non-refundable, except in the event the show is canceled by Desert Dawg Card Show or prior communication with show hosts.

Exception: Vendors who notify Desert Dawg Card Show at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled show start time may be eligible for a refund or credit, at the discretion of event staff.

Payment must be received by the stated deadline to secure your spot.

Vendors who fail to pay on time may be moved to the waitlist and replaced.

No-shows or late cancellations without communication may lose priority or eligibility for future shows.

Payment Processing:

All vendor payments are handled directly through Desert Dawg Card Show and not through the Treasure Event app.

After submitting a vendor application, vendors must contact one of the show hosts to settle payment:

Vendor applications are not officially approved until payment has been received and confirmed by Desert Dawg Card Show.

5. Setup, Breakdown & Professional Conduct

Vendors must complete setup before doors open and may not break down until the show officially ends.

Early breakdown without approval may impact future participation.

Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and family-friendly environment at all times.

Harassment, aggressive behavior, excessive profanity, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

6. Licensing, Taxes & Legal Compliance

Vendors are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws, including Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) requirements.

Vendors must collect and remit all applicable sales taxes independently.

Desert Dawg Card Show does not assume responsibility for vendor licensing or tax obligations.

7. Liability, Security & Insurance

Vendors assume all responsibility for their merchandise, displays, and personal property.

Desert Dawg Card Show, the venue, and staff are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any kind.

Vendors agree to hold harmless Desert Dawg Card Show and the venue from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation.

8. Promotion, Media & Branding Rights

Vendors may be photographed or recorded during the event.

By participating, vendors grant Desert Dawg Card Show permission to use their business name, logo, images, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.

Vendors are strongly encouraged to share and tag Desert Dawg Card Show in event-related promotions to help grow the community.

9. Code of Conduct & Show Policies

No loud music, disruptive sound systems, or inappropriate content.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the venue.

Any disputes between vendors must be handled professionally or brought to event staff for resolution.

Desert Dawg Card Show reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates policies without refund.

10. Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond control (including severe weather, power outages, venue issues, or emergencies), Desert Dawg Card Show may modify, delay, or cancel the event.

Refunds or credits will be handled at the discretion of Desert Dawg Card Show depending on circumstances.

11. Event Changes & Final Authority

Desert Dawg Card Show reserves the right to adjust event layout, vendor placement, hours, or policies as needed.

All decisions made by event staff are final and in the best interest of the show.

12. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By registering and submitting payment, vendors confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or denial of future participation.
