🛒 Vendor Table – 6ft Each vendor table is 6 feet long, providing plenty of space to display your trading cards, collectibles, anime merchandise, and more. Perfect for showcasing your products, interacting with customers, and running sales throughout the event. *Some tables may be 8ft, but there is no choosing or priority. The venue will put out tables of what they have availability wise prior to the show.* Pricing: $145 per table $130 per table when reserving 3 tables $120 per table when reserving 5 or more tables

Additional Information: Here are the details you’ll need for load-in: Entrance: Please use the back entrance of the hotel. This is not a designated vendor entrance, but it is the easiest access point. It has sliding glass doors and is located opposite the main hotel entrance. Guests will be using this entrance as well, so please be courteous while unloading. 🧭 I will be positioned just inside the doors next to the event room to help direct you to your space and answer any questions. Important Times: Vendor Load-In: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM Please arrive within this window and allow time to be fully set up before doors open. 🎟️ VIP Entry: 10:00 AM 🎟️ General Admission: 11:00 AM Parking: Free parking is available on-site.
