Check In & Check Out

The venue will open at 7:00 AM. All vendors must check in no later
than 8:30 AM and be fully set up by 9:00 AM. Vendors who arrive late risk losing
their assigned table, which may be reassigned at the organizers’ discretion.
All vendors must be completely packed up and vacated from the venue by 5:00 PM. Breaking
down or leaving before the event ends may result in disqualification from
future events.
Vendors may not attach anything to walls or floors, nor extend beyond their
assigned vending space, unless prior written approval is given by the
organizers.
Tables will be assigned unless otherwise specified. If you have any requests please leave in other.
Tables are non-refundable and non transferable; unless otherwise approved.

Inventory

Vendors may not sell any merchandise that is not safe for work or offensive. No
counterfeit products. The organizers reserve the right to review and
approve merchandise offered for sale.
Each vendor is fully responsible for their own inventory and property, including
items stored in vehicles. The organizers are not responsible for any lost,
stolen, or damaged merchandise.

Venue Rules

All vendors, staff, and representatives are expected to behave professionally and
treat the venue and other participants with respect. Any discriminatory,
disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the
event and exclusion from future shows.
The following are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved: smoking or vaping, selling food or beverages, only service animals are permitted inside the venue.

Liability

Vendors are fully responsible for any damage caused within their assigned space,
including damage to walls, floors, tables, or other venue property; and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizers from any claims,
damages, liabilities, or legal expenses related to their participation in the
event.
This event is independently operated by Elite 4 Card Show. The university hosting the event is providing the facility only and is not affiliated with, sponsoring, or responsible for the event, vendors, or merchandise unless otherwise stated. All transactions are conducted directly between vendors and attendees. Vendors must respect university property and follow all facility rules during the event.
