We kindly ask you arrive atleast 20 mins prior too doors open. Bring plenty of change and a table cloth. If you do not bring a table covering you will be required to purchase a temporary one for $5. (Some venues provide table covers this does not apply to said events)

Please note that no refunds will be issued for vendors who do not show up on the day of the event.

We do understand that situations can arise. Therefore, vendors who cancel at least Two (2) days prior to the event will receive a credit toward a future event. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances. Credits only.

In the case of emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate and issue a credit when appropriate. However, we ask that all vendors understand that we require adequate notice in order to fill your reserved space.

Vendor tables are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by GBCon management. Unauthorized table transfers or repeated violations, including table scalping or unapproved sharing, may result in permanent banning from all GBCon events.

Vendors under the age of 18 are not permitted to vend alone. A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times.

No tables will be held without full payment.

No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances. Credits only.
