NO REFUNDS POLICY

All vendor booth fees are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason, including

cancellations, no-shows, weather, personal emergencies, or removal for rule violations.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Vendor participates at their own risk and is solely responsible for all merchandise, equipment,

displays, cash, and personal property.

INDEMNIFICATION

Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Grail Kingdom Card & Collectibles Show,

its owners, staff, volunteers, and the venue from any claims to the fullest extent permitted by

Florida law.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any action shall be

Brevard County, Florida.

APPROVED MERCHANDISE

- Sports cards, Pokemon, TCGs

- Comics and manga

- Toys, figures, collectibles

PROHIBITED ITEMS

- Counterfeit or bootleg items

- Stolen or illegal merchandise

- Adult or explicit content

- Weapons or hazardous materials

VENDOR RULES

- Vendors must operate strictly within

their assigned table space and may

not obstruct aisles or neighboring

vendors.

-Vendors are responsible for supplying table coverings, displays, and merchandise fixtures.

-Vendors agree to follow setup and

breakdown times.

- Vendors must maintain a clean

space and remove any trash in the

table space during break down.

- Vendors are responsible for

collecting and remitting any

applicable sales tax and for

complying with all local, state, and

federal laws.

-Vendors agree that all items are authentic

and not stolen or bootlegs.

- Vendors understand this is a family-friendly

event and that event staff and venue

management reserve the right to remove any

vendor whose conduct is disruptive,

unsafe, or inconsistent with event or

venue rules, without refund.

-Event organizers reserve the right to relocate vendors when necessary for operational or safety reasons.

MEDIA
-By participating in this event, vendors acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by event organizers.
