All vendors and their associates must act professionally and respectfully. Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated
Vendors CANNOT sublet or partially sublet their tables to anyone banned from the event by the event hosts. If you need to check the list of banned vendors, please reach out to both hosts.
Vendors must report at the time of sign up the name of all personnel who will be located at the table
Non-registered personnel is prohibited from entering the backside of the tables
Vendor set up starts at 8:30am and must be ready for customers by 9:45am. Any table left unoccupied by the vendor without any communication about attendance is forfeit, non-refundable and may be resold after 9:30am.
Vendors must wear badges and ONLY registered vendors and their listed associates can have a vendor badge
Vendor fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may sublet your table to a non-banned vendor
Vendors CANNOT sell food, beverages or any other consumables
Vendors caught selling counterfeit, stolen (knowingly) or proxy products will be immediately removed. Pending investigation as to the vendor's knowledge or intention, said vendor may also be permanently banned from all future shows as well and all prepaid vendor fees will be forfeited
Vendors may not move or adjust any tables without permission. Any table swaps must be notified to the hosts immediately
Vendors may not use speakers or voice amplifiers without the consent of the show hosts
Only royalty-free music is allowed during set up
No music is allowed during the show as the venue staff will be actively checking for potential licensing violations
Any fees issued by the venue for licensing violations will be billed directly to the violating vendor
Each table is allowed one shelf which must be located directly behind the table against the wall (for perimeter table locations) and be no wider than 48". The location must also not intrude into the neighboring vendor's table space
No outside alcohol, food, or beverage is allowed on HAPO Center property
Any damage caused to the venue and accessories due to neglect or irresponsible behavior will be charged to the vendor. Payment will be expected within 48 hours of forwarding of the invoice from the venue
Use of duct tape or other adhesives on the property is prohibited

Any violation of the terms and conditions are subject to immediate removal from the venue as well as permanent ban from all future shows. If a permanent ban or removal is implemented, any prepaid fees will not be refunded.
