Reselling or transferring tables is not permitted.
If someone is filling in for you, forward them all communications. You are responsible for any policy violations by your fill-in.

4. Vendor Space Guidelines

Each vendor space includes:
- 8ft tables
- 2 Chairs per table
Do not bring additional tables or chairs.
Freestanding shelves, signs, banners, and tablecloths are permitted as long as walkways and adjacent vendor areas are not obstructed.

5. Promotions and Communication

All communications regarding Hard Hittin’ Card Show TCG and Non-Sports edition will be done via email.
Please check your email (including junk/spam folders) for important updates from the Hard Hittin’ team.
Vendors sharing and reposting Hard Hittin' Card Show promotions on social media is greatly appreciated.

6. Refund Policy

This event has a No Refund Policy, except in emergencies as determined solely by the promoter.

7. Respect & Conduct

Respect is mandatory. Disrespect, aggression, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, security, attendees, or fellow vendors will result in immediate removal from the show without refund.
The Hard Hittin’ Card Show enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, threats, or mistreatment—both at the event and online, including on social media platforms.
The Hard Hittin’ team reserves the right to remove or ban any vendor at any time, at its sole discretion.
If a vendor chooses to play music, it must be kept at low volume to be respectful of the vendors around you.

8. Compliance & Liability

Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including proper collection and reporting of state sales tax.
Vendors are responsible for the security and protection of their own property and merchandise. The promoter, Hard Hittin’ team, event sponsors, and The VFW are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or personal injury that may occur before, during, or after the event.
By participating, vendors agree to hold harmless the promoter, Hard Hittin’ Card Show, its team members, sponsors, and venue against any and all claims, expenses, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
Vendors must be 16+.

*carts will not be provided, the transportation of all items is solely up to the vendor
