Additional Information: No Refunds Vendor Load-In: 7:00am Load-in/out will be through the side entrance which gives you direct access to the ballroom. You can also use the main entrance. There is plenty of parking available on the side and rear lot. Please check in at the registration table before proceeding to your assigned table(s). Each registration includes two wristbands and one additional per table. Wristbands must be worn and visible at all times. Tablecloths are provided but feel free to bring your own if preferred. Due to safety and fire regulations, additional tables are not permitted. Free-standing shelves are allowed but please ensure they do not block walkways, tables, or other setups. The hotel has strict rules against outside food and drink. Food and refreshments available for purchase on site. The Kanto Card Show and its organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring before, during, or after the event.
