Terms and Conditions

1. Event Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all vendors and attendees of King of Cards, taking place at the West Valley Mall in Tracy, CA.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date.

• No refunds will be issued within one week of the event for any reason, including cancellations, schedule conflicts, or no‑shows.

3. Liability & Responsibility

• King of Cards, West Valley Mall, and all associated organizers, partners, and entities are not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged goods

• Personal items left unattended

• Any disputes or transactions between vendors and attendees

• Vendors and attendees are responsible for securing their own merchandise and belongings throughout the event.

4. Vendor Table Placement

• All vendor tables are the same price.

• No premium or priority spots are sold.

• Table placement is assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis, determined by the order of payment received.

• Vendor preferences will be considered, and organizers will accommodate them when possible, but specific locations cannot be guaranteed.

5. Vendor Conduct

• Vendors must follow all mall rules, event guidelines, and instructions from event staff.

• Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Attendee Conduct

• Attendees must respect vendors, staff, and mall property.

• Harassment, theft, or disorderly conduct may result in removal from the event.

7. Event Modifications

• Organizers reserve the right to adjust event layout, vendor placement, or operations as needed to ensure a smooth and safe experience.
