TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The undersigned applies for the space at the above event and encloses payment herein. THE EXHIBITOR UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES AS FOLLOWS:

LGGE/ORGANIZER will determine the assignment of space. Special requests will be accommodated when possible.
Upon receipt of EXHIBITOR’S application and payment, ORGANIZER will assign space on a first come, first serve basis. If EXHIBITOR is denied space, upon ORGANIZER's return of payment, neither party shall have any further rights or obligations of liabilities with regard to the other.
Setup of tables starts at 8:00am and must be completed by show time – 10:00am 7/26/26. Business is to be conducted until closing on same day 6:00pm. If you need to leave early, please inform ORGANIZER.
Aisles must be kept clear for safe access during the event.
No table may be shared without prior written consent of ORGANIZER.
No extra tables are to be brought in unless permission is given by OWNER.
Two admission tickets per table will be provided to the EXHIBITOR. Any additional tickets may be purchased for an extra fee.
No distribution of advertisements or promotions of other cons or events at LGGE unless given permission prior. Anyone caught doing this will be asked to leave with no reimbursement.
EXHIBITOR will comply with all local, state and federal laws, including the collection of sales tax of NY.
ORGANIZER reserves the right to make additional rules as deemed necessary and EXHIBITOR agrees to such rules and their interpretation by ORGANIZER. ORGANIZER also has the right to deny certain items sold.
Items sold that are not listed below may lead ORGANIZER to ask you to take items out of the Event Venue or you may be asked to leave entirely, with no reimbursement.
LGGE and agents, officers and employees thereof, shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to EXHIBITOR or agents and employees thereof, which may occur on or about the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. EXHIBITOR waives any claim against ORGANIZER and assumes all liability for loss or damage to EXHIBITOR’s property entrusted to the premises. EXHIBITOR shall hold ORGANIZER harmless and shall indemnify ORGANIZER against all liability or expenses arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all costs in connection with the defense thereto including attorney’s fees. ORGANIZER requests you to have your own insurance.
If EVENT is canceled by ORGANIZER for any reason, ORGANIZER's sole responsibility to EXHIBITOR is to return any payments paid by EXHIBITOR, and neither shall have any further rights, obligations or liabilities to the other.
No refunds due to Acts of God, absenteeism, or any other reason.
