Vendor Table Terms & Conditions – Mewtopia

1. Table Reservation & Payment

Vendor tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your table.
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

2. Setup & Takedown

Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 AM on the day of the event.
All tables must be ready by 9:00AM.
Vendors may remain set up until the end of the event at 4:00PM.
Vendors must have all merchandise and displays outside of the venue by 5:00PM.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, and cash/transactions.
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vendors must keep their area clean and respect the venue property.

4. Sales & Conduct

Only items related to trading cards, collectibles, or approved merchandise may be sold.
Illegal, counterfeit, or offensive material is strictly prohibited.
Vendors are expected to act professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and other vendors.

5. Liability

The organizer and venue are not liable for injury, theft, or damages during the event.

6. Compliance

Vendors must comply with all local laws, venue rules, and event policies.
Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.

By registering and submitting payment for a vendor table, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
