Mewtopia Card Show – Vendor Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a vendor table for the Mewtopia Card Show (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Table Purchase & Payment

1.1 The vendor table fee is $110 CAD (plus applicable processing fees).
1.2 All table purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of Event cancellation as outlined in Section 9.
1.3 A completed payment secures your vendor space. No table is reserved without full payment.

2. Vendor Responsibility

2.1 Vendors may sell any items that are legal under Ontario and Canadian law.
2.2 Vendors are solely responsible for:

The legality of items sold
Compliance with tax regulations
Customer transactions
Pricing, authenticity, and representations made to buyers

2.3 Once a table is assigned and transferred to a vendor, the vendor assumes full responsibility for all activity conducted at their table.

2.4 Vendors assume all liability for disputes, claims, damages, or issues arising from their sales.

3. Prohibited Items

3.1 The sale of counterfeit, fraudulent, or knowingly misrepresented merchandise is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Any vendor found selling fake or misrepresented goods may be immediately removed from the Event without refund.

4. Setup & Event Hours

4.1 Vendor setup time is 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
4.2 Vendors must complete setup within the designated time frame.
4.3 Vendors must comply with all venue rules and fire/safety regulations.

5. Liability & Property

5.1 The Event organizers are not liable for theft, damage, loss, or destruction of any vendor property, merchandise, equipment, or personal belongings.
5.2 Vendors participate at their own risk.
5.3 Vendors are encouraged to obtain personal or commercial insurance if desired.

6. Conduct & Removal

6.1 Vendors must conduct themselves professionally at all times.
6.2 Immediate removal without refund may occur for:

Disruptive or disorderly behavior
Harassment of attendees or other vendors
Sale of counterfeit or illegal merchandise
Violation of these Terms & Conditions

6.3 If removed for any reason listed above, no refund will be issued.

7. Media Release

7.1 By participating in the Event, vendors consent to being photographed and/or filmed.
7.2 The Event organizers may use photos and videos of vendors, booths, and merchandise for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
7.3 Vendors waive any rights to inspect or approve promotional material using such media.

8. Age Requirements

8.1 Vendors must be 16 years of age or older to operate a table independently.
8.2 Vendors under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

9. Event Cancellation (Force Majeure)

9.1 If the Event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including but not limited to:

Weather
Venue issues
Government restrictions
Emergencies

Vendors will receive a full refund of their table fee.

9.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10. Agreement to Terms

10.1 By purchasing a table, the vendor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 The Event organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time for compliance or operational purposes.
