Setup and Breakdown

The venue will open at 7 AM. Vendors must be checked in by 8:00 AM and set up by 9:00 AM. Vendors who arrive late forfeit their tables for potential reassignment.
Vendors agree to be completely packed up and out by 5:00 PM. Packing up before the end of the event is grounds for exclusion for future events.
Vendors may not attach anything to the walls or floors, or set up outside of the assigned vending space without expressly written permission from the organizers.

Merchandise and Inventory

Vendors shall be prohibited from offering for sale any merchandise that is not safe for work (NSFW) or offensive and the organizers shall have the right to review and approve the merchandise proposed for sale with such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
Vendors are responsible for their own inventory and merchandise, including vehicles and property left inside vehicles. In the event of lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, vendors release the organizers from any and all liability.

Venue Rules

Non-service animals are NOT allowed inside of the venue.
Vendors and all of their representatives, employees and owners must conduct themselves in a professional manner and use the event space respectfully and responsibly. Any discriminatory or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue and potential exclusion from future events.
The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED: smoking or vaping, selling food or drinks, and using PA systems or amplified sound without permission.

Liability

Vendors will be FULLY responsible for any damage caused within their assigned working space including but not limited to walls, floors, and furniture. Vendors will be invoiced for any necessary repairs or replacements.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from their participation in the event.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant or vendor from the event for violating these terms or for disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
In the event of show cancellation, the organizers will refund the full amount paid for the vending space. Vendors will make no other claims against the organizers including but not limited to travel or lodging.
