Additional Information: Setup and Breakdown: - The venue will open at 7 AM. Vendors must be set up by 9:00 AM. Vendors who arrive late forfeit their tables for potential reassignment. - Vendors agree to be completely packed up and out by 5:00 PM. Packing up before the end of the event is grounds for exclusion for future events. - Vendors may not attach anything to the walls or floors, or set up outside of the assigned vending space without expressly written permission from the organizers. Parking: - Parking at the venue is no longer free. However, the venue will provide discounted parking codes for all vendors to help reduce the cost. If you prefer not to pay for parking, there is also a free parking garage available just down the street.
