The venue strictly prohibits: Tape or adhesive Nails, tacks, or staples Fun tack or mounting materials of any kind Vendors are expected to maintain their space during all customer hours. 🧹 Cleanliness & Trash The venue does not provide trash collection. Do not leave trash, empty boxes, or fixtures in the venue or parking lot Keep your booth area clean and free of excessive debris All materials must be removed during breakdown 🤝 Vendor Conduct Vendors are expected to be respectful of the venue, staff, fellow vendors, and attendees. Do not obstruct aisles or shared space Unsafe or disruptive displays must be corrected immediately Follow all instructions from event staff and security 🚫 Prohibited Sales The following items are strictly prohibited: Weapons of any kind (including swords, knives, etc.) Adult or explicit items Vaping devices, oils, or related products Cannabis, pipes, or paraphernalia ❌ No Promotional / Solicitor Vendors All vendors must match the theme of the show. We do not allow vendors selling unrelated services such as: Home improvement Insurance General solicitation businesses 🍿 Food & Drink Policy No food or drink vendors are permitted.
