Vendor Set-up/Payment Info: Vendor set-up starts at 2 hours before he shows open to the public The promoter reserves the right to require payment prior to the day of the show. Payment by check, cash or Paypal to cardboardpromotions@gmail.com or venmo @Douglas-Keating-2. The promoter will try to accommodate vendor’s table location preferences but reserves the right to assign them.

Emergency Exits/Fire Lanes: No vendor may block exits/entrances. Vendors shouldn’t park in fire lanes.

Hours of Show: We're pretty flexible as far as packing up early (or even staying beyond advertised hours) at our malls show. But hotel shows, please don't pack up more than 45 minutes before the advertised end of the show

Vendors are responsible for following any applicable state & federal laws regarding sale of merchandise at this card show, such as tax resale certificates. ST-4 is the link to apply for the certificate

Dispute between show vendor and show/attendee customer: In the unlikely event of a dispute between a show vendor & customer, promoter may provide vendor’s contact info to help resolve if it can’t be resolved at the show. Promoter is not liable for any transaction between vendor & customer/show attendee

What can’t be sold: counterfeit cards or pornographic items may not be sold be vendors at the show. Promoter reserves the right as to what can and cannot be sold as it should be consistent with what is sold at a collectibles show

No-Show Policy: The no-show fee is ½ of the table fee, except in cases of emergency as determined by the promoter

Limit of Liability: Atlhough security is provided at all our evengts, the promoter & the venue are not liable for costs due to theft or damage of vendor’s merchandise.
