Mikeythebig's / On The Level Super Sized Show Vendor Terms & Conditions:

1. Check-In & Badge Policy

Check-In: All vendors must check in at the front table to receive their credentials. Check-in begins 1.5 to 2 hours before the public start time (exact times will be emailed as the show date approaches).
Credential Distribution: The first member of a party to arrive will be given all badges for that group.
Visibility: Vendor badges must be worn and visible at all times when entering or exiting the event space.
Security: Only badged individuals are permitted behind vendor tables. Non-badged guests must remain in public attendee areas.
Age Requirement: All vendors must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

2. Merchandise & Sale Restrictions

Authenticity: Counterfeit, fake, or illegally reproduced items are strictly prohibited.
Enforcement: Any vendor found selling such items will be removed from the event immediately without a refund and may face legal consequences.

3. Vendor Space & Display

Standard Allotment: Each vendor space consists of one 8ft table and two chairs.
Displays: Free-standing shelves, banners, and signs are permitted provided they remain within your allotted footprint and do not interfere with walkways or neighboring vendor spaces.

4. Vendor Responsibility & Liability

Property & Insurance: Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, equipment, and personal property. On The Level/Mikeythebig Collectibles and the venue are not liable for loss, theft, or damage. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance.
Facility Care: Any damage caused to the venue or property by a vendor will be the vendor's financial responsibility.
Professionalism: Vendors must treat attendees, staff, and fellow vendors with respect.
Legal Compliance: Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws, including tax regulations and licensing.

5. Photography & Promotion

Media Release: On The Level will have photographers/videographers on-site. By participating, you agree to allow images of your booth, merchandise, and staff to be used for future promotional purposes.
Social Media: Community growth helps everyone. Sharing and reposting On The Level / Mikeythebig Collectibles content on social media is greatly appreciated

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the show. Cancellations made within the 3-day window will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy: No cash refunds will be issued.
No-Show Policy: A "No Call / No Show" will result in disqualification from all future On The Level events.
