Vendor Terms & Agreement

By submitting a vendor application, purchasing a vendor table, or participating in Red Rock Collectors, you agree to the following:

Vendor Approval, Payment & Cancellations

Vendor spaces are limited, assigned at the discretion of Red Rock Collectors, and are only reserved once payment is received. Vendor applications do not guarantee acceptance. Tables will not be held without payment. All vendor table purchases are final and non-refundable. Any credits, transfers, or exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Red Rock Collectors Expo.

Check-In & Setup

Vendors must check in during designated hours and may be required to present a valid photo ID and proof of purchase.
Each vendor booth will include: 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 vendor badges.
Vendors are required to bring their own tablecloth.
Vendors are responsible for setting up their own merchandise.
Vendors and their materials must remain within the limits of their assigned space. Large displays that exceed the vendor’s designated space require approval from Red Rock Collectors.
Additional tables are not permitted.
Vendors must be fully set up before opening.

During & Break Down

Only two people are permitted per vendor table.
Vendors must remain within their assigned space and may not move tables or sublease/transfer their booth without prior approval from Red Rock Collectors.
Amplified music and noise disruptive to other vendors is not permitted without approval from Red Rock Collectors.
Booths must remain clean, and vendors must remove all merchandise and trash before leaving.
Vendors are required to begin packing up promptly at closing time.

Merchandise

Permitted items include trading cards, sports cards, TCG products, sealed products, collectibles, memorabilia, card accessories, and custom artwork.

The following require approval from Red Rock Collectors: Food or beverages, arcade games (Ex/ claw machines, slot machines), and electronics or items requiring electrical plug-in.

The following are strictly prohibited: Counterfeit, stolen, tampered, or illegal merchandise, and offensive or inappropriate material.

Red Rock Collectors Expo reserves the right to require the removal of any prohibited item.

Vendor Conduct

Vendors must act professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, venue personnel, and fellow vendors. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, excessive noise, destruction, smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons prohibited by law or venue policy will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund. Gambling, firearms, and weapons are not permitted.

Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, equipment, cash handling, customer transactions, and personal property. Red Rock Collectors Expo, its staff, sponsors, affiliates, and the venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

Taxes & Licensing

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including obtaining any required Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license and reporting all applicable taxes.

Event Changes

Red Rock Collectors reserves the right to adjust vendor placement, floor layout, event schedule, venue logistics, and event policies as needed.

Photography & Media

By participating, vendors grant Red Rock Collectors permission to photograph or record their booth, products, logo, business name, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.

Liability & Agreement

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Rock Collectors, its owners, staff, sponsors, affiliates, and the venue from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation.

By participating in Red Rock Collectors, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Agreement. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect participation in future events.
