Vendor Check-In Information
Location: Vendors should enter through the rear loading area of the school. Event staff will be on-site to direct you to your assigned table(s).

Additional Information: Vendor Experience & Setup Information We are here for you if you have any questions. Leading up to the show, we’ll be highlighting participating vendors on our social media channels. We encourage vendors to follow, tag, and share South Shore Card Show to help build excitement, promote the event, and help drive attendance. Vendor Setup Details Table Size: Each vendor table is 6'. Table Spacing: Some tables may be placed side by side, while others may have spacing depending on the final layout. Vendors with multiple tables will be placed together. Behind-Table Space: Vendors will have approximately 6' of space behind their table for chairs, inventory bins, and display/backdrop setup. Front Aisle Space:Aisles will be approximately 8' wide to allow comfortable guest traffic and browsing. Chairs: One chair will be provided per vendor table. Tablecloths: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths. Displays/Stands: Vendors should bring their own displays, stands, signage, card cases, racks, and any other setup materials needed for their space. Power: Power may be available in limited areas. Please email us or DM us on Instagram for more information before the show. Wi-Fi/Cell Service: Wi-Fi and/or cell service will be available, though vendors should plan accordingly for payment processing. Setup Time: Vendor setup will take place from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Load-In: Detailed load-in instructions will be sent to all vendors approximately two weeks prior to the show. Parking: Free on-site parking will be available. Vendors may park in any available designated parking area after unloading. Security: Police and/or security detail will be on site during the event. Food & Water: A food truck and free water station will be available on site.
