Best Flippin' Card Promotions LLC ("BFCP") is a leader in the New England area trading card event space that caters to both high-end and low-end collectors, on down to families with children who show a passion in trading cards. We have more than 50 events under our purview, from two-day shows spanning more than twenty hours including trade night events to our predictable monthly card shows that occur one Saturday a month. We pride ourselves on being "family first" to capture young collectors just coming into the hobby of collecting their favorite sports and TCG items.

BFCP is a trendsetter in online marketing of events, understanding the synergy that occurs between influencers and the influenced. In 2025 and beyond, BFCP is expanding its reach throughout the northeast and doubling the amount of events promoted with an expectation of reaching over 20,000 total attendees.

Event Overview

On August 9th, 2025, the Best Flippin' TCG Card Show will take place at the Hogan Campus Center at Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. It will showcase 60+ tables and more than 40 different vendors with the expectation of having around 4-5 companies in the TCG hobby space representing themselves at our event.

BFCP is seeking sponsorship partners for this newly formed bi-monthly event, where we expect more than 500 guests to walk through the door throughout the day to discover all things Sports and TCG related from our wide span of vendors.

Sponsorship Agreement

Our sponsorship package includes a front of the room space of 16’ ft. of tables for those with up to three employees working the event. It is catered to a company who has the same vision as BFCP. Hyper-focused within the industry and a game changer when it comes to the products & services they offer to like-minded hobby enthusiasts drawn to our events, where you can be front and center to promote your brand. The Sponsorship Package includes:

• Two 8' table area prominently placed in the front of the ballroom to promote your company’s products and/or services day of the event. Two chairs included.

   

• Top line "billing" sponsorship for the show with 10,000+ social accounts targeted through Meta platforms on all digital advertising for each event

   

• Promotion of your brand on BFCP social media channels & flippincardshow.com

   

• Re-posting or collaboration post of "commercial" videos sponsor has produced to promote product(s) to BFCP social media channels and the more than 8000 followers across all platforms.

Total price: $250.00 due by 8/1/2025
