Sponsors who purchase this option will participate in the SuperRare Passport Event. The Passport Activity is designed to drive guest engagement! It requires guests to seek out and find all of the participating vendors to receive their stamp. This is where YOU get to make it unique and fun! You can have the guests answer a trivia question, play rock/paper/scissor, or say the alphabet backwards in order to "earn" your stamp! Reminder to keep it family friendly and that the guests will always receive their stamp regardless. Sponsorship involves actively engaging and communicating with guests as they visit your booth for a Passport "Stamp". As a participating sponsor you will need to physically stamp their Passport (stamp provided). Solo vendors can participate, but it is highly recommended that vendors have at least two-persons for participation in this event. Sponsors will have their logo / shop name displayed on SuperRare Passport material, in SuperRare paid advertising campaigns on social media, and on display inside the event. The guests will then return their completed Passport in for inspection at the SuperRare booth to be eligible to enter a special raffle giveaway. Complete and accurate Passports will then allow the guest the opportunity to enter a special raffle only available to Passport participants. Passports will be limited in quantity. There will be three Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. Specific prizing is yet to be determined, winners will be announced live on Instagram!

Sponsors who purchase this option will participate in the digital advertising package. Sponsorship includes a 5-second reel as your advertising window. The "Sponsor Reel" will comprise of all 40 sponsor slots compiled into one master reel (SuperCut). The video will be played on a repeated loop during the entirety of the event, during show hours. The compiled sponsor reel will display on the JumboTron (4-sided, large digital screen suspended in the center of the arena), the Ring (ribbon display attached to the JumboTron), and the Wedge displays. Also included is the Fascia displays (ribbon display attached to the seating area), displays in the lobby and concourse areas, two large projectors in the Big Blue Room conference room, and the outdoor Marquee and roadside display on Hampton Blvd. The roadside display on Hampton Blvd will be displaying the reel prior to the event start date. The sponsor is responsible for providing the ready to display static images or 5-second video for inclusion into the Sponsor Reel. The formats required are as follows: Simple Method: Video, Photo, or Graphic at a 1920x1080 resolution (for Videos, 30-60fps) Intricate Method: Main = 1920x1080 Wedge = 216 x 432 Ring (ribbon attached to Jumbotron) = 2928 x 96 Fascia (ribbon around seating)= 15360 x 72 Voms = 192 x 72 (Short [3]) 366x72 (Long [1]) TV's = 1920x1080 Marquee (Outdoor LED Display) = 252x288 The file types for the reel should be a .jpg, .png, .mp4, or .mov file Vendors who sign up for sponsor positions will receive additional communication to ensure a timely and accurate package is delivered which meets all requirements.
Location: Vendors will perform load-in via the Chartway Arena loading dock located on W 45th Street. Vendors may arrive as early as 06:00am the day of the event to perform load-in.
