Additional Information: Venue Access & Parking The venue has multiple entry points. Vendors arriving early for setup should have no issue finding parking in the on-site paid hotel garage. However, if on-site parking is full for any reason, the Twinbrook Rockville Metro Station, located directly next to the venue, offers free parking all weekend and is an easy alternative option. Discounted parking rates will be available for all vendors and attendees in the hotel garage. Loading & Unloading Please note that there is no standard elevator access to the atrium level. Vendors assigned to the atrium who are bringing carts, shelving, or large items that cannot be carried on stairs must use the wheelchair-accessible service elevator. If you require use of this elevator, please notify Beltway in advance. Upon check-in, our staff will direct you to the appropriate access point. Ballroom-Level Vendors Vendors assigned to the ballroom level may unload through the main entrance. The ballroom is on the same level as the entrance, so carts can be wheeled directly to your space with no elevator required. Wi-Fi Access All vendors will be provided with Wi-Fi for the duration of the event. Vendor Arrival & Setup Early Bird entry begins at 9:00 AM, and all vendors must be fully set up before this time. If you are running late, you must notify Beltway staff (via Instagram DM or email) ahead of time. Vendors who do not check in or communicate with us prior to 9:00 AM risk forfeiting their table for the day.
