To help ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and successful event for everyone, we ask all vendors to follow these simple guidelines:

Vendor Responsibility

• Vendors are solely responsible for the security and monitoring of their inventory and personal belongings throughout the event.

Table Setup & Walkways

• Please keep all display cases within the boundaries of your assigned table space.

• Any bins, carts, wagons, or storage containers placed under tables must be fully tucked underneath and not extend into customer walkways.

Breakdown & Departure

• The show concludes at 7:30 PM.

• All vendors are asked to begin breakdown promptly, as the venue must be cleared by 8:00 PM.

Cleanliness

• Please clean your area before leaving and dispose of all trash, including food containers, drink cans, price tags, sticky notes, and other materials.

• Maintaining a clean and organized venue helps create a better experience for everyone.

Professional Conduct

• This is a family-friendly event. Vendors are expected to use appropriate language and treat customers, staff, and fellow vendors with courtesy and respect at all times.

Vendor Table Reservation Policy

By reserving a table, you are making a commitment to participate in the event and are responsible for honoring that reservation. Any cancellation or refund request is subject to a $25 restocking and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Failure to Comply

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the loss of future vendor privileges and participation in upcoming events.
