Vendors agree to remain set up throughout the duration of the entire show. Pack up will not be allowed until after 4 PM. Packing up before the end of the event is grounds for exclusion from future events.

Vendors shall be prohibited from offering for sale any merchandise that is not safe for work (NSFW) or offensive, and the organizers shall have the right to review and approve the merchandise proposed for sale, with such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

Vendors are responsible for their own inventory and merchandise, including vehicles and property left inside vehicles. In the event of lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, vendors release the organizers from any and all liability.

As required by the venue, no outside food or drink will be allowed inside the venue.

Vendors and all of their representatives, employees, and owners must professionally conduct themselves and use the event space respectfully and responsibly. Any discriminatory or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue and may lead to potential exclusion from future events.

The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED: smoking or vaping, selling food or drinks, and using PA systems or amplified sound without permission.

Vendors will be FULLY responsible for any damage caused within their assigned working space, including but not limited to walls, floors, furniture, and court surfaces. Vendors will be invoiced for any necessary repairs or replacements that are required.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from their participation in the event.

The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant or vendor from the event for violating these terms or for disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

In the event of show cancellation, the organizers will refund the full amount paid for the vending space. Vendors will make no other claims against the organizers, including but not limited to travel or lodging expenses.
