No Refund Policy - All vendor fees for Best Flippin Card Promotions LLC ("BFCP") events are final. Please note that we do offer booth exchanges with another person under some circumstances. This policy applies to vendor reservations, and any other payments made in connection with the event.
Table sharing - BFCP LLC must be notified of any sharing or transferring of tables prior to the event and is subject to approval for each event. Tables cannot be sold at a "profit" to those not on your application and failure to adhere to this policy will result in loss of table privileges for future events.
Age restrictions - all vendors must be at least 18 years of age OR have parental supervision for the entirety of the event. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in loss of table privileges for future events.
"Repack products" - only vendors can provide repackaged singles for a set fee to their customers, no customer themselves can sell this type of products to others in the building (although we continue to actively encourage the selling/trading of singles & sealed products). Vendors selling "repacks" must provide clear information on the ceiling/floors of their products and the type of cards within those sealed envelopes. Failure to comply with the rules of offering repack products could lead to expulsion from vending at future events.
Right to Refusal Policy Best Flippin Card Promotions LLC reserves the right to refuse admission, participation, or service to any individual or vendor for any reason, including but not limited to the following: - Non-compliance with Event Policies: Any violation of event rules, regulations, or guidelines, including but not limited to setup, teardown, and conduct during the event.
Food/drink Policies: No outside food & drink is allowed inside the event. Concession stands provided by the hotel will have food & drink available for all to purchase during the working hours of the event.
Inappropriate or Unprofessional Behavior: Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unprofessional by event staff or security, including harassment, discrimination, or any actions that may harm the safety or well-being of other attendees, vendors, or staff.
Product or Service Misrepresentation: Misrepresentation of products or services being offered, including counterfeit goods or any items that violate intellectual property rights.
Non-Payment or Financial Disputes: Failure to make payments for table space, sponsorships, or other event-related fees in accordance with the agreed terms and dates due. All payments are due in full by June 7th, 2026.
Space and Layout Considerations: BFCP LLC also reserves the right to adjust vendor locations or reassign booth spaces to optimize the event layout for the benefit of all participants. Do not block aisles or emergency exits with card cases, tables, and other vendor peripherals. Marketing materials draped over tables or on a sign behind you are fine as long as they do not impede on the implied space of another vendor. Shelving units behind a vendor are permitted as long as they do not impeded on the implied space of another vendor.
Violation of Local Laws: Any actions or offerings that violate local, state, or federal laws, including tax, health and safety regulations are strictly prohibited.
All decisions made by BFCP LLC regarding refusals are final. By participating in the event, vendors and attendees agree to abide by all event policies and understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.
