Our Standard 6 Foot Tables are located throughout the ballroom floor. While these tables are not designated as premium locations, they remain part of the main vendor hall and receive traffic from attendees exploring the event. Table locations are assigned by event organizers. Vendors will receive a table within the purchased category, but exact placement may vary based on the final event layout and operational needs.

Our Premium 6 Foot Tables are located in high visibility areas inside the ballroom. These include island tables that face the main entrance as well as select tables positioned near entryways and primary walkways. Table locations are assigned by event organizers. Our Premium 8 Foot Tables offer the highest visibility at the event. These tables are located in the foyer outside the ballroom along the main entrance, giving vendors exposure to attendees as they arrive, check in, and move throughout the venue. Table locations are assigned by event organizers. Vendors will receive a table within the purchased category, but exact placement may vary based on the final event layout and operational needs.
Location: Vendors may choose to set up on either Friday, August 7, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM or Saturday, August 8, from 7:00 AM to 8:40 AM, whichever best fits their schedule.

Additional Information: Vendor Parking and Check In On site parking is available in the Montgomery County Conference Center parking garage. For the most convenient access, vendors are encouraged to park on the third level of the parking garage, which will serve as the designated vendor loading area. From there, a skybridge provides direct access to the event center, where a vendor check in table will be located. Vendors arriving from other parking areas or entrances will also find vendor check in tables at each event entrance. We are currently working with the venue to secure discounted parking rates for vendors. If approved, additional details will be shared with all registered vendors prior to the event. All vendors are required to wear their exhibitor badges at all times while on the show floor. To ensure a smooth opening, all vendor booths must be completely set up and ready for business before Early Bird admission begins at 9:00 AM.
