Do not apply for a table if you are not sure if you will be able to attend. Reselling tables are strictly prohibited.

Applying for a table does not guarantee a spot.

1. What’s Provided

Each vendor space includes 6 ft. table(s) only.
Chairs and tablecloths are NOT provided — please bring what you need.

2. Payments & Refunds

All vendor payments are non-refundable.
No credits or rollovers for cancellations or no-shows.

3. Table Rules

All items must stay on or behind or directly next to your table.
1 additional rack is allowed
Displays may not exceed 6ft tall
Do not block aisles or walkways.
Do not move tables or change your location without permission.
Nothing may be attached to mall walls, railings, or property.

4. Setup & Check-In

Setup begins at 8:00 AM.
You must check in and be ready by 10:00 AM.
If you’re late, you may lose your table and no refund will be given.

5. Prohibited Items

No signing guests up for betting websites
Counterfeit or knock off items without disclosure of replica, alter or proxy

6. Clean-Up

Please clean your area before leaving.
Do not leave trash, boxes, or unsold items behind or in the lot.

7. Taxes & Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
- By attending, vendors agree that NJ TCG Show or Bridgewater Commons Mall or any of its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to your participation.

By reserving a table, you agree to follow these terms. Resale of tables is prohibited unless approved by organizer.
