VENDOR AGREEMENT

UPON BOOKING ONE OR MORE TABLES AT THE COLLECTORS CONVENTION, EACH VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Professional Conduct. Each vendor and their associates and employees (collectively, "Vendor") shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. The Collectors Convention welcomes collectors of all ages and backgrounds, and it is the shared responsibility of all Vendors to maintain a friendly, inclusive, and safe environment for every attendee.

2. Compliance with Laws and Rules. Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as any rules established by the Venue and any reasonable instructions issued by Venue staff or The Collectors Convention. The Collectors Convention assumes no liability for any actions taken by a Vendor or their representatives.

3. Setup and Hours of Operation. All Vendors must check in at the registration table upon arrival and have their booth fully operational and open to attendees by 9:00 AM. Vendors are required to remain open and actively staffed until 4:30 PM each day. Early breakdown of displays or early departure is not permitted without prior written approval from The Collectors Convention.

4. Tax Compliance. Vendors are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable state and local sales tax laws, licensing requirements, and any other regulatory obligations pertaining to their sales activities at The Collectors Convention.

5. Fees and Cancellation Policy. All Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors who provide written notice of cancellation more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date will receive a credit applicable toward a future The Collectors Convention event. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event will forfeit all fees paid.

6. Appropriate Products and Conduct. All products offered for sale or display, and all Vendor conduct, must be appropriate for a family-friendly, all-ages collectibles event. The Collectors Convention reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the appropriateness of any product, display, or behavior, and may require a Vendor to remove items, modify displays, or cease certain conduct at any time. The Collectors Convention reserves the right to remove any Vendor from the event and/or prohibit future participation.

7. Prohibition on Games of Chance. All games of chance are strictly prohibited at The Collectors Convention. This includes, without limitation, wheel spins, dice rolls, mystery box lotteries, pack ripping contests with wagering, or any other activity that constitutes gambling or a game of chance under applicable law.

8. Indemnification and Hold Harmless. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless. The Collectors Convention, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and the Venue from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any act or omission of the Vendor or any person associated with the Vendor during the event.

9. Displays, Sound, and Space Usage. Vendors may not use speakers, amplifiers, or any sound-emitting devices without the prior written consent of The Collectors Convention. Vendors may not engage in any activity that is disruptive to other attendees, Vendors, or the overall event experience. All displays must be reasonable in size, professional in appearance, and appropriate in content. No display may obstruct aisles, exits, adjacent Vendor spaces, or attendee pathways without the express written approval of The Collectors Convention.

10. Mutual Promotion. The Collectors Convention and each Vendor agree to promote one another in good faith and to work collaboratively toward a successful and well-attended event that benefits the entire collecting community.
