Exhibitor Space Contract

Exhibitor space is provided on a priority basis. Existing vendors have first right of refusal for their space at each show. If no space is currently available, we will add you to the show wait list. Dealers on the wait list will be selected in order of the contract date received. By filling out a contract, you are not guaranteed space until we contact you for payment.

1) Exhibitor agrees that the space rented will be used for the purpose of buying, selling and trading hobby related collectibles only. 2) Northeast Collectors Fest, LLC, Frederick Borelli, Sean McElroy, the show venue and its employees assume no responsibility for lost or stolen property. Additionally, the show promoters, their employees and the entire venue itself indemnify themselves against any unforeseen incidents or acts of God, war, terrorism or viruses that might cause the show to be cancelled. 3) Exhibitor agrees to abide by all show rules, policies, and procedures in full compliance of the same by all members of his/her party throughout the course of the show.

A minimum deposit of $40.00 per table(s) setup is required to hold the space – no exceptions. The final balance payment will be due when you come into to setup.

All tables are offered in 6ft increments and start at 60 per table.

Initial dealer set-up for all shows will be advised in advance of the upcoming show date. If early dealer setup is not available, Saturday dealer setup will start at 7:00 AM. Instructions for initial dealer load-in will be provided in advance by the show promoters.
