Vendor Terms & Conditions – The Underdog Hobby Show II

Event Date: Thursday, December 18th, 2025
Location: American Legion Post 273 – 162 Winn Street, Burlington, MA 01803

1. Load-In & Setup:
Vendor load-in will take place between 3:45 PM and 4:45 PM.
Vendors will enter and unload through the left side entrance of the building.
Please arrive during the designated time to allow for a smooth setup.

2. Tables & Setup Details:
Tables are a mix of 6-foot and 8-foot lengths.
While we do our best to accommodate preferences, 8-foot tables cannot be guaranteed.
If a specific table size is requested, placement will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

3. Show Hours & Load-Out:
The show runs from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
All vendors must be fully packed up and the venue cleared by 10:15 PM.
Please ensure that no trash or debris is left behind at your table.

4. Food & Bar:
The bar will be open throughout the evening for vendors and attendees (21+).
We encourage everyone to enjoy responsibly and respect venue policies.
Local food vendors will be available for refreshments and meals during the event.

5. Promotion & Conduct:
We encourage all vendors to promote the event across their social media platforms — let’s pack the house together!
The Underdog Hobby Show is built on community and good vibes.
We ask all vendors to contribute to a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere.

6. Liability:
The event organizers and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Vendors assume full responsibility for their own merchandise and setup.

7. Community Spirit:
This show was made for collectors, hobbyists, and fans of all kinds — Sports, Pokémon, Comics, and Collectibles.
