Additional Information: 🕘 Vendor Load-In Begins at 9:00 AM 📍 Harbour View Events 13200 Marina Way, Unit A Woodbridge, VA Please arrive no earlier than 8:45 AM and unload using the designated unloading zone. Once you are finished unloading, vendor parking will be located in a designated parking lot at the top of the hill. A shuttle will be available to bring you back to the venue. Shuttles will also run throughout the event if you need to access your vehicle. 🕚 Event Hours 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM ✔️ Please be fully set up by 10:45 AM 🚫 Early teardown is not allowed 🔒 Doors will unlock at 5:00 PM for vendor load-out 📡 Note: Wi-Fi is not available, but cell service at the venue is strong. 🍱 Food and drinks will be provided for vendors at 1:30pm. The menu will be emailed separately. There will also be overflow parking available at the commuter lot down the street, with a shuttle bus transporting guests to and from the venue throughout the event. 🎟 Vendor Badges • Vendor badges will be distributed during check-in at setup • Vendor check-in will be located at the Check-In Desk near the building entrance 🔒 Vendor Rules & Reminders • Please stay within your assigned table space • No smoking or vaping inside the venue • Be respectful to guests and fellow vendors • Vendors are responsible for their own inventory • No offensive or inappropriate merchandise permitted 📞 Questions Or Issue?
