Terms and Conditions for Vendors at a Pokémart Expo Card Show Vendor Registration and Fees

Vendors must complete the registration process and pay all applicable fees by the deadline (March 14th, 2026) to secure a table.
Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Please make sure the date of March 28, 2026 is available. In case of emergency situations, please contact our Instagram account @Pokemart_Expo.
Booth Assignment and Setup
Booth spaces will be assigned by the event organizers and are non-transferable without prior approval.
Vendors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their booths within the designated times provided by the organizers.
Booths must remain staffed and operational during all public event hours.
Permitted Merchandise
Counterfeit, fake, or illegally reproduced items are strictly prohibited. Vendors found selling such items will be removed from the event without refund and may face legal consequences.
All merchandise must comply with local laws and regulations. Pricing and Transactions
Vendors are responsible for setting their own prices and handling all transactions with customers.
Booth Conduct and Appearance
Vendors must keep their booth area clean, safe, and free of hazards.
Displays must not obstruct walkways, exceed assigned booth dimensions, or interfere with neighboring vendors.
Liability and Insurance
Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, equipment, and personal property. The event organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance for their goods and setup.
Any damage caused by a vendor to the venue or other property will be the vendor's financial responsibility.
Compliance with Laws and Event Rules
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including tax regulations and business licensing requirements.
Vendors must adhere to all event-specific rules, including those related to health, safety, and conduct, as outlined by the organizers.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are prohibited at vendor booths. Attendee Interaction
Vendors must treat attendees, staff, and other vendors with respect and professionalism.
Aggressive sales tactics, harassment, or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.
Cancellation or Removal
The event organizers reserve the right to cancel a vendor's participation at any time for failure to comply with these terms, with no refund provided.
If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates), organizers will determine refund policies on a case-by-case basis. Intellectual Property
Vendors must ensure that all merchandise sold does not infringe on Pokémon or other intellectual property rights unless officially licensed.
Organizers are not responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from vendor sales.
Health and Safety
Vendors must follow any health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event (e.g., mask policies, sanitation requirements).
Food or beverage sales are prohibited unless explicitly permitted and accompanied by proper permits.
Photography and Media
By participating, vendors consent to being photographed or recorded by event staff for promotional purposes.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between vendors or between vendors and attendees should be reported immediately to event staff.
