Feature Spotlight: November 2025

This month we're excited to announce three features that elevate how organizers promote and curate their events. Vendor Spotlight Templates, Enhanced Embedding Tools with Interactive Maps, and Password Protected Vendor Registration are now live! These releases reflect our commitment to giving organizers more control over their brand, their vendor mix, and their promotional workflow.
Vendor Spotlight Templates
At Treasure, we know that promoting your vendors is essential to building excitement for your events. Social media posts highlighting registered vendors drive engagement, build anticipation, and show your vendor community that you value their participation. But creating these posts has traditionally been a time-consuming manual process.
Vendor spotlight creation is a perfect example of repetitive work that technology should eliminate. Before Treasure, organizers had to track down each vendor's profile image, download it, paste it into a design template, add text, and repeat this process for every vendor they wanted to highlight. For events with dozens or hundreds of vendors, this could consume hours of valuable time.
By launching Vendor Spotlight Templates, Treasure transforms this multi-step manual process into a few clicks. From the Social Media page on any event dashboard, you can now select from your list of registered vendors and instantly generate professional spotlight graphics. No more hunting for images, no more copy-paste workflows, no more design software required.

The result is more frequent vendor promotion, stronger vendor relationships, and hours of time saved that you can invest in other aspects of your event. Your vendors get the recognition they deserve, and your audience gets a steady stream of engaging content showcasing who they'll see at your event.
Enhanced Embedding Tools with Interactive Maps
Building on our launch of embeddable registration forms, we're now extending embedding capabilities to our most popular feature: interactive venue maps.
Many organizers want to showcase their complete vendor lineup and venue layout directly on their own website, maintaining full control of their audience's experience while leveraging Treasure's powerful mapping technology. Until now, you could share maps through your Treasure event page, but keeping visitors on your own domain required manual workarounds.

With enhanced embedding tools, you can now integrate your public interactive venue map directly into your website with a simple embed code. Attendees can explore your full vendor roster, search for specific inventory, and navigate your venue layout without ever leaving your site. You maintain complete ownership of the user journey while your audience benefits from Treasure's dynamic, searchable mapping interface.
Like all our embedding features, this gives you the best of both worlds: centralized traffic on your own website and the full power of Treasure's event management platform working seamlessly behind the scenes. This feature is also available on the Social Media page on your event-specific dashboard.
Password Protected Vendor Registration
Not every event follows a first-come, first-served model. Some organizers need to offer early access to returning vendors, others want to carefully curate their vendor mix before opening registration publicly, and some events require exclusive or invitation-only participation.
Password protected vendor registration gives you complete control over who can access your vendor application and when. From your edit event page, you can enable password protection and share the registration link with specific vendor groups first. Whether that be loyal vendors from past events, vendors in particular product categories, or any other cohort you want to prioritize.

By controlling access to registration itself, you can be more intentional about your vendor lineup while still using Treasure's streamlined application and payment processing once vendors are admitted.
