By adding embeddable ticket sales and vendor registration forms, Treasure removes the need to choose between powerful event management tools and maintaining control of your audience's journey. Now, you can integrate registration directly into your website with a simple embed code, allowing attendees to purchase tickets and vendors to apply for tables without ever leaving your domain.

Self-Service Refunds

Event logistics are unpredictable, and refund requests are an inevitable part of managing live events. Until now, processing refunds required contacting the Treasure team - adding delay and dependency into a process that should be straightforward.

This month, we're giving organizers complete autonomy over refund management with our new self-service refund system. From your dashboard, you can now view a detailed breakdown of all charges associated with any order, including ticket or table fees, processing fees, and platform charges. With full transparency into the transaction structure, you can issue partial or full refunds instantly, on your own terms.

Whether a vendor needs to cancel their table last-minute, an attendee has a schedule conflict, or you need to make a goodwill adjustment, you're now in complete control. No waiting for support, no back-and-forth emails - just immediate action when you need it.
