Appeal for Support: Relief Efforts for Hurricane Helene
About
Together We Make a Difference! Living in Columbia, SC, we experienced Hurricane Helene’s impact firsthand. Most of our families were fortunate to only lose power for a few days—an inconvenience compared to what many others in the region continue to endure. The Filipino American Association of Greater Columbia, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, has launched a disaster relief initiative to support communities most affected by Hurricane Helene. In addition to aiding relief efforts in South Carolina, we’ve partnered with Fil-Am groups in Asheville and Fayetteville to purchase and deliver essential supplies—such as water, diapers, canned goods, pet food, and clothing—to those in need. These groups work with local partners to airlift supplies to remote areas of Western North Carolina. Please consider supporting this important effort. Every donation will go directly to helping communities as they begin to rebuild their lives. The Filipino-American Association of Greater Columbia is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Your donations may be tax-deductible. Thank you for your generosity!
