8’ Vendor Table — Card Mania Wenatchee Includes one 8-foot vendor table and two vendor badges for entry. Vendor badges will be provided in your check-in packet at arrival. Important: • All table sales are final and non-refundable • Vendors may choose their table location during checkout • Table locations are subject to adjustment if required for venue, fire code, or event layout needs • If a change is necessary, the closest equivalent table will be assigned By purchasing, vendors agree to these terms.
Join the vendor waitlist to be notified if tables become available for this event or for future Card Mania shows. If additional space opens due to cancellations, layout updates, or expanded venue rooms, waitlisted vendors will be contacted in order. Submitting to the waitlist does not guarantee a table but ensures you’ll be first to know when opportunities open.

Vendor Check-In Information
Location: Look for the Card Mania check-in table near the front doors. Staff will provide your vendor packet and table confirmation upon arrival.

Additional Information: Vendor Setup & Event Information • Vendors must check in before setting up • Please have your order confirmation ready at check-in • Setup must be completed before event opening time by 9am VIP access • No early teardown permitted during event hours. Teardown starts at 6pm. • Vendors are responsible for securing their own inventory and valuables • Tables include two vendor badges only • Additional helpers will require general admission Parking & Unloading Please unload first, then move your vehicle to standard parking to keep loading zones clear for other vendors.
