Reserve your vendor space at Collector Takeover: Kingston, a fan-focused cards and collectibles event bringing collectors, families, and fans together for a full day of buying, selling, trading, and community. 📅 Date: Sunday, August 9th, 2026 📍 Location: Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel & Conference Center – Kingston, NY ⏰ Vendor Set-Up: Sunday morning, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM ⸻ Vendor Space Option Vendor Space – Bring Your Own Table Vendors must provide their own 6 ft table $60 per vendor space (+ service fee) ⸻ Important Information • Tables are not provided. Vendors must bring their own 6 ft table. • Vendors may not exceed their designated space. • Anime posters and wall art are allowed. • Resale of vendor spaces is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund. • Any vendor occupying additional space beyond what was purchased will be charged $150 per additional table at the show. • Each vendor space includes 2 vendor wristbands.

Need a table for the day? Add a 6 ft rental table to your vendor space and we’ll have it set up and ready for you at the show. Table rentals are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This option is for vendors who prefer not to bring their own table. Vendor space required. Table rental does not include additional space or wristbands.
