About Us Treasure is the go-to platform for the card show industry, now expanding into the broader collectibles and convention market. Most platforms focus on organizers and ticket buyers. We're vendor-centric. Vendors are the ones building audiences on TikTok and Instagram, driving attendance, and turning conventions into cultural moments. The future of conventions is the creator economy and we're building the AI-native solution to power it. As of September 2026, we've processed over $16M in GMV with strong growth, and we're just getting started. We're hiring a Founding Engineer to help take Treasure from strong early traction to the dominant platform shaping how conventions are built, monetized, and experienced. The Role We're looking for our second Founding Software Engineer. A strong builder with the autonomy, product taste, and pragmatism to own problems end-to-end. Who You Are Comfortable with a modern tech stack: Treasure is built on Next.js, React, Typescript, Inngest, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Stripe, Vercel AI SDK. Comfortable with async workflows: You understand queues, jobs, retries, idempotency, and know how to build resilient systems. Committed to code quality: You write clean, testable code using pure functions, mocks, and unit/integration/E2E testing. Comfortable owning features end-to-end: From ideation and development through to deployment, launch, and iteration. Adaptable: You're excited to wear multiple hats and jump around different parts of the codebase. You're not afraid to jump into new technologies and prototype quickly. Have a track record of being a self-starter: Side projects and/or open source contributions. Comfortable managing technical debt: You know when to move fast and when to refactor, and you proactively improve systems without slowing down product velocity. Bonus if you're into the space: You collect, trade, or attend conventions yourself. 3+ years of software engineering experience. Why Help Build Treasure? Small team. Real ownership. Ship meaningful systems quickly, without layers of process or bureaucracy. Work directly with the founders. Design, debate, and build side-by-side. Your voice shapes both product and architecture. Build infrastructure that matters. We already support millions in GMV, now we're laying the foundation for the future. If this sounds like your kind of problem space, feel free to email john@ontreasure.com. Salary: $150k–$200k · Equity: 0.25% – 0.75%
We’re looking for a GTM Intern to join our team and work across virtually every part of go-to-market, starting with marketing and sales.
Treasure is building the operating system for collectibles. We’re building the infrastructure that connects the collectibles ecosystem — from events and vendors to inventory discovery and the people buying, selling, and collecting. As we scale, partnerships will be a major part of how we build that ecosystem. We’re looking for a GTM Lead to drive growth and identify and build relationships with the companies, platforms, and organizations that can make Treasure more valuable to everyone in the collectibles ecosystem. The Role This is an early-stage, high-ownership role. You won’t be handed a list of partners to manage. You’ll figure out who Treasure should partner with, why the partnership makes sense, and how to turn the idea into something real. That could mean identifying opportunities with grading companies, marketplaces, card shops, content companies, event brands, technology providers, data companies, or other players in collectibles. You’ll work directly with the founders across business development, product, sales, and strategy, and have significant ownership over the partnerships function. What You’ll Do Identify high-value partnership opportunities across the collectibles ecosystem Build and manage a pipeline of potential strategic partners Research companies, products, and trends to uncover partnership opportunities Develop relationships with decision-makers across the industry Reach out to potential partners through email, LinkedIn, social media, events, and other channels Develop partnership proposals and figure out mutually beneficial opportunities Own partnerships from initial conversation through launch and ongoing management Work with product and GTM to turn partnerships into real distribution, product, and revenue opportunities Help shape Treasure’s broader partnership strategy as we expand Represent Treasure at collectibles events and build relationships across the industry What We’re Looking For Strong interest in collectibles, sports cards, TCGs, or the broader hobby ecosystem Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent business instincts and ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities Highly proactive and comfortable creating your own opportunities Comfortable with cold outreach and getting in front of decision-makers Strong organization and follow-through Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get your hands dirty Previous experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or startups is a plus You do not need to have a traditional partnerships background. We care more about your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and make things happen. Why Treasure? Treasure already powers 300+ card shows across the country, giving us a growing network and a front-row seat to the collectibles industry. We’re an early-stage company with a big ambition: to build the operating system for collectibles. That means there is a huge amount left to build — and partnerships will play a major role in determining what that ecosystem looks like. You’ll work directly with the founders, have real ownership over the partnerships function, and help shape how Treasure connects with the broader collectibles ecosystem. Benefits: $80,000 - $100,000 + equity + healthcare Start Date: Immediate
